FUNDRAISING INTERN
Main objective
To support the implementation of our current Fundraising strategy.
This role preferably requires experience in fundraising and communication, and reports to the ReFOCUS Fundraising Manager.

PURPOSE
Join us in our mission to create a global network of media labs dedicated to equipping asylum seekers and recognized refugees with modern media creation skills. RESPONSIBILITY
Conduct research: Assist in identifying potential donors, sponsors, and funding opportunities aligned with our organization's mission and objectives.
Grant writing: Collaborate with the fundraising team to prepare grant proposals, ensuring accurate and compelling narratives that showcase the importance of our work.
Donor communication: Help maintain relationships with existing donors through personalized and timely communications, expressing gratitude and providing updates on our projects and achievements.
Database management: Maintain an organized database of donors, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective donor management and cultivation.
Fundraising analytics: Help track and analyze fundraising data, preparing reports and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Networking: Utilize LinkedIn to expand our network of potential donors and supporters. Reach out to professionals, organizations, and influencers who share an interest in our cause. Engage in meaningful conversations, share updates, and cultivate relationships that may lead to partnerships or financial support.
