JORDAN on FEDERICO’S WORK
I chose this photo series for several reasons. Firstly, it really resonated with me in terms of the access and connection it offered to the small community in Turkey. I appreciate how you maintained a consistent frame and wide-angle perspective, providing ample visual context of the environment these individuals inhabit. The composition and lighting in many of the photos were particularly well-executed. Moreover, your use of a consistent color palette, with warm tones that complement rather than overshadow the natural colors, adds to the overall appeal. I encourage you to continue this series, perhaps delving even deeper into the homes and lives of the people within the community. Increased access could amplify the power of the series, enriching it with more compelling narratives.
